Rule 166
Funding should be arranged from local sources
(1) The school should arrange funds from local sources for the building, furniture and other works of the school.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the funds for the construction of the building are not sufficient, the Government of Nepal may grant the necessary funds to the community schools in order to encourage local people's cooperation.
